By creating an account or using PCNTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and the operator of PCNTrack.
PCNTrack offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. During the trial:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again after 3 days and 7 days. After two failed attempts, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved. You will be notified by email at each stage.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Access to PCNTrack is conditional on maintaining an active subscription or an active free trial.
You agree to use PCNTrack only for lawful fleet compliance purposes. You must not:

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Some features listed on the pricing page are marked as "Coming soon" — these are planned features not yet available. You will not be charged specifically for coming-soon features, and their expected availability is not guaranteed. We will provide reasonable advance notice if a planned feature is cancelled.
PCNTrack processes PCN photographs using AI and cannot guarantee 100% extraction accuracy. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before taking action on any PCN.
PCNTrack is a tool to assist with PCN management. We are not a legal service. Nothing in this Service constitutes legal advice. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid to us in that period.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
